Offers a chance for you to be involved in design, where your windows go, your kitchen design, colours, and selecting inclusions (your favorite oven /cooktop/bathtub/home theatre). Often saving you on stamp duty where you are able to arrange split contracts for land and building.


You need a little more patience than buying a completed home as there is a process often of waiting for plans to be drawn, building and planning approvals, land to be developed (often delayed by rain etc), selecting colours. Many people find this exciting being able to design there own home, select colours and create their own home. Others are really busy and prefer to have it all done for them and buy a H&L package or a turn key package where its all done for them.
